Jordan Brand reimagined the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” to celebrate defiant women and timeless, generational greatness.
The campaign, starring Niecy Nash as the genie, reinforces a narrative of young girls wanting it all—and being able to have it all—embodying confidence, power, and unapologetic greatness. In partnership with JD Sports, the event aimed to make young girls in LA feel just as much a part of the weekend as everyone else during the sneaker’s release at NBA All-Star.
The experience consisted of a multi-part activation, including a branded panel featuring UCLA basketball player Kiki Rice and Open Court, a styling opportunity with Khushnoor Verma, and a photo opportunity with the 1987 Firebird Pontiac from the anthem. Each moment was curated to inspire young girls before they went out to experience everything NBA All-Star brought to the city that weekend.
