The Plug Awards is an annual awards ceremony held by 14th And Market that celebrates leaders who are successfully breaking barriers and lighting the path forward for those who look like them and come from similar backgrounds. The intimate dinner is an opportunity to focus on cementing what it means to be a PLUG from the block to the boardroom, as well as highlighting the types of people we consider PLUGs and sharing why they were awarded in their own right with 3 colloquial categories as a platform. The event allows for various leaders in the advertising and creative industries to connect with one another and build a network to continue the commitment made and mantra lived by the 14th And Market team: Get On.
